Baseline Optimized produces slightly smaller files with slightly better color. The Baseline format creates a standard JPEG file with broad compatibility in Web browsers. Set "Format Options" to create a file in Baseline, Baseline Optimized or Progressive format. Note that setting the Quality drop-down menu to "Low" or "Maximum" won't set image quality to its lowest or highest possible numeric values.
